Real Estate and investment properties have been in Katie’s blood since birth. Her parents owned and operated several apartment buildings as she grew up. It was a family business from renting, managing, maintenance, and eventually selling. Her first job at the age of 15 was cleaning and office work with another large rental agency that had over 30 apartment buildings. As an adult, Katie began investing in real estate over 20 years ago, she has had great success in the short-term rental market.

Katie is a dedicated mortgage lender known for her personalized approach and commitment to helping clients achieve their homeownership dreams. She specializes in a wide range of loan products, including conventional, and government loans such as FHA, and VA loans. Katie and the team at Homestead Heritage Mortgage are known for their creative financing programs, and can often fund loans when others can’t.

In her free time, Katie enjoys volunteering in her community, spending time with her 2 dogs (Lambeau & Nala), attending Hurricanes hockey games, and spending time with family and friends. She is passionate about helping others and is always available to answer questions or provide support, making her not just a lender, but a trusted partner in the home-buying process.
